Spot & Stain Removal

At this stage water and solvent soluble soil will be treated. some dye stains require very special attention and skill to successfully remove.

Gum, grease, paint makeup etc will almost always require a solvent based solution. enzymes will often be required for organic stains. adding or removing oxygen from stains is also frequently required as is PH adjustment throughout the stain removal stage.

Some stains will require antimicrobial treatment to ensure a safe level of hygiene.  General soiling and traffic lanes with be pre sprayed with a solution to emulsify or suspend soil for removal by Hot water extraction.
